Our development team works closely with our customers, from the first prototype design to the pre-series design, right through to the final design determination of the series components. The J&S engineers are in a constant dialogue with our partners, which results in the smooth implementation of adaptions regarding form and functionality of the components. Due to the use of modern CAD-programs and efficient simulation software, we are able to simulate numerous solutions, evaluate them and determine the most efficient, cost-effective and robust production process. In every phase of the product development process, we only use high-quality materials, and our internal quality assurance team guarantees the high standards of our products through the use of sophisticated testing procedures.
